All prices are binding, as indicated at the time of booking on the website.
The price includes the rental price for a double room / apartment and extra charges for water, electricity and heating. The room / apartment is fully furnished. Towels and linen are provided free. Wifi is free of charge.
The rent is payable in advance. You will receive an invoice including VAT and our bank account. The booking is only considered binding if at least 50% of the agreed rent is on our account as a deposit within 2days. The other 50% must be paid in cash on arrival or 5days prior to arrival by wire transfer.
The prices are valid for the named persons only. Other people are only permitted if expressly agreed with the landlord (surcharge). Additional costs will apply.
In the case of inflation / currency reform is the amount of rent in accordance with the purchasing power at the time of conclusion of the contract.
For the double room will be charged a cleaning fee of 20 euros( for 3 people 30Euros) and for the apartments between 30 euros and 60euros( more than 2 people additional 10Euros ) at the beginning of the stay (depending on the size of the vacation rental).
In case of high pollution we charge an additional fee of 30€/h.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 4pm. If you arrive earlier, please inform yourself first whether an earlier check-in is possible. The keys are handed over after telephone consultation with the landlord (0171-3645047).
Check-out is until 10am. Please inquire at check-in whether a possibly late check-out is available. Guests who check out after 10 o’clock or after the appointed time, an additional night will be charged. Unless otherwise agreed, the key is plugged in departure from the outside in the ROOM DOOR / DOOR APARTMENT (NOT door).
(1) If an authentic stay is canceled more than 2 weeks in advance, 50% of the rent is due.
(2) If an authentic stay is canceled less than 2 weeks in advance, so 100% of the rent is due.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination can be made only in writing. Relevant is the day of receipt of such declaration by the landlord.
Guests are required to conduct themselves at all times considerate.
Arp family retains the right to the tenant the cost of any loss or damage to a double room / apartment and the inventory on demand.
The tenants agree to respect at all times to stay on the other roommates in the house.
Reckless behavior that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the lease. A refund of the payment made by the lessor does not exist.
Our entire home is a non smoking home.
A violation is punishable by a fine of 50Euro.
In case of violation of these rules, may request the Arp family guests in immediate retraction, without paying compensation.
The same applies to the illegal use of the wifi access (no illegal downloads / activities, no file sharing). The user takes full responsibility for its allotted wifi access.
Any commercial use of the leased property is not permitted.
The tenant must provide the following data for the booking which will be saved in our system for the purpose of the guests booking:
Name, address, telephone, E-mail and the number of guests who will be using the double room / apartment. The double room / apartment can be used exclusively on the number of guests who were included in the reservation.
You have the right to reject all the data but in this case we don’t have the possibility to make a reservation for you.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
(1) The place of jurisdiction is Itzehoe.
(2) Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. There is an obligation to replace ineffective provisions with new provisions that do justice to the provisions contained in the ineffective provisions in a legally permissible manner.
(3) The same applies to gaps in the regulations contained in contracts based on these terms and conditions. To remedy the gap, the parties undertake to work in a way that comes as close as possible to what the parties would have determined according to the purpose of the contract if the point had been considered by them.
(4) In other cases, the content is completed by law.
